These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website futurecorpacademy.in, and the courses, internships, content and services offered by FutureCorp Academy ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
2. Courses, internships & enrolment
We offer online, mentor-led programs in areas such as Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Python, UI/UX Design and Artificial Intelligence, along with internship-style projects and career-support activities. Program structure, curriculum, schedules, mentors and inclusions may be updated to keep content relevant to industry needs. Specific fees, batch dates and payment terms are confirmed with you directly at the time of enrolment.
3. No guarantee of employment or specific outcomes
We provide training, mentorship, projects and placement-assistance activities such as resume guidance, interview preparation and connecting eligible students with opportunities. However, we do not guarantee any job, internship, salary, placement, or specific result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, performance and market conditions. Any figures, sample dashboards or illustrative statistics shown on the Site are examples for demonstration only and are not a promise of results.
4. Acceptable use
When using our services, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or infringe the rights of others;
- Share your account access, or copy, resell or redistribute our course materials without permission;
- Upload harmful, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, including in blog comments or forms;

5. Payments & refunds
Where a program involves fees, the amount, schedule and any refund or cancellation terms are communicated and agreed with you before enrolment. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing at enrolment, fees paid are non-refundable once a program has commenced.

All content on the Site — including course materials, text, graphics, logos, videos and software — is owned by or licensed to FutureCorp Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without our written consent.

If you submit content (for example, blog comments or form messages), you confirm you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it in connection with our services. We may moderate, edit or remove content that breaches these Terms. Comments are reviewed before publication.
